Thurman Thomas

Thurman Thomas - President

Thurman Thomas, our President, has a rich history of successful business and political activities that resulted from his long association with the National Football League. Thurman is currently the Vice Chairman of the New York State Tourism Board. Previously, Thurman played a business development role with Legends Energy, a company he founded and was ultimately acquired by NRG Energy. Thurman enjoyed a long and successful 13-year career as the principal running back for the Buffalo Bills of the National Football League, retiring in 2000. He played in five Pro Bowls and was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2007 and the College Football Hall of Fame in 2008. Thurman maintains a close relationship with the Buffalo Bills organization continuing as an ambassador for the team. Thurman attended Oklahoma State University from 1984 to 1987.

Patti Thomas

Patti Thomas - Chief Business Development Officer

Patti Thomas's family has been in the construction business for nearly 60 years. She grew up learning what it took to be successful in the industry. Her father, Robert Mariacher, started a construction company in the 1950’s. One notable project was the construction of the Observation Tower at Niagara Falls.  Patti has spent many years managing the career and brand of her husband, Pro Football Hall of Famer, Thurman Thomas. She now brings her management and relationship-building skills to the family business. Her strengths include public and private endorsements, appearances, and charitable endeavors. Patti gives great care to establishing and nurturing the many relationships, both personal and professional, that have been instrumental in hers and Thurman’s many successes. 

 

Keith Bernard

Keith Bernard - Chief Executive Officer

Keith Bernard is a licensed professional engineer with 30 years-experience in the planning, design and construction of diverse, multi-million-dollar projects around the world. Keith’s roles have covered every phase of a project and business including serving as project engineer, construction inspector, project manager, construction manager, office manager, director of business development, regional operations manager, and company president. He is an entrepreneur by nature. Prior to joining 34 Group he managed his own engineering, development and construction company. Keith has a top to bottom commitment to project success utilizing a spirit of cooperation, integrity and hard work. As Chief Executive Officer, he is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company.

Ron Juliano

Ron Juliano - Director of Construction

Ron Juliano brings over 15 years of construction experience including estimating, field supervision and project management.  Ron has successfully managed projects in multiple sectors up to $35 million.  Ron coordinates directly with our clients to ensure we are exceeding expectations on every level.  As the Director of Construction, Ron manages our pre-construction efforts, including our hard-bid processes and private work negotiations.  Ron also oversees our construction team through all aspects of the construction projects from buyout through project closeout.  Ron manages our field personnel to ensure all projects are staffed to successfully deliver all work on schedule.

Wayne Kicinski

Wayne Kicinski - Controller

Wayne Kicinski has over 25 years of accounting and financial management experience across various business sectors. A graduate of the University at Buffalo, he has spent the last 20 years in the construction industry with both union and non-union contractors. Wayne joined 34 Group in 2021 and is responsible for all internal and external financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and overall financial direction of the company. He works close with our bank, bonding agent and insurance representatives to maintain a positive relationship with these financial partners.
